Direct all shipments in accordance with Purchase Order. Follow domestic and international shipping instructions below.

Domestic Shipments

All shipments will be routed in accordance with Dürr Ecoclean, Inc.'s instructions. The Seller must reference the Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. purchase order number on all paperwork, including freight invoices. Shipments that qualify within the weight/size restrictions of UPS may be routed as such, freight to be prepaid and added to invoice. When shipments exceed the UPS weight/size, the Seller must ship those orders, deemed as less-than-truckload (LTL), freight collect via CON-WAY CENTRAL EXPRESS for the Wixom facility. To arrange the handling of shipments with CON-WAY CENTRAL EXPRESS, please contact their local service center, visit and request a pickup at their website at www.con-way.com, or call their customer service department at 800-755-2728.

For the Bowling Green, Ohio office, LTL shipments must ship FedEx freight. Visit Fedex.com for locations or call their customer service at 870.741.9000.

All shipments that are requested by Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. to be delivered via airfreight are to be shipped using Federal Express. The Seller will request Dürr Ecoclean, Inc.'s account number for Federal Express and also the appropriate purchase order number to be referenced on the Federal Express paperwork. Delivery charges for shipments sent via airfreight on a carrier other than Federal Express without the expressed consent of Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. will be the responsibility of the Seller.

The Seller will request, at the time of order, the destination of the order. The Seller will then ship the order to the proper destination according to Dürr Ecoclean, Inc.'s instruction. Extra costs incurred, due to the failure of the Seller, to insure that the shipment arrives at the agreed upon location and schedule will be the responsibility of the Seller.

International Shipments

Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. will utilize the Incoterms 2000 for international trade. All shipments for which Dürr Ecoclean, Inc. is to be identified as the importer of record shall have a properly executed commercial invoice. This includes indentifying the "Notify" section as indicated on Purchase Order or Purchasing Agent's instruction.

It is the responsibility of the shipper to assure all packaging is sufficient to maintain the integrity of the goods during transit.
